The things carriers ask us most before signing on.
Everything: load booking, rate negotiation, broker setup and packets, rate confirmations, dispatch updates, detention follow-up, factoring assistance, and invoicing/back office. It's 7% of linehaul — no setup fees, no per-load charges.
Yes — 100%. We operate from Canal Winchester, Ohio. When you call or text, you reach our own team, never an overseas call center.
Yes. You run under your own MC the entire time. We're your dispatch service, not your carrier — your authority, your truck, your money.
You get paid directly by the broker or through your factoring company, like normal. Our 7% is billed to you separately — we never touch your settlement money.
Your MC number, W-9, insurance certificate, and contact info. We take it from there — broker packets, setup, and your first loads.
New authorities face more restrictions, but there are brokers who work with them — we'll be straight with you about which ones and build your book from there.
Fair question — this industry has bad actors, and smart carriers vet hard. Here's how to vet us: everything goes in a written dispatch agreement before you start; you approve every load before it books; we're not a broker and we never touch your settlement money — brokers pay you direct and our 7% is billed separately; and you can check anything we claim. If any dispatcher won't show you rate confirmations or put terms in writing, walk away — from us or anyone.
No. We dispatch only — we book freight in your name under your own MC authority. We're not a broker, we don't act as one, and your money flows broker-to-you, never through us.
Then you don't take it. Nothing books without your approval — no forced dispatch, no pressure. We bring options and negotiate the rate; you make the final call on every single load.
Your truck should never sit empty.
One call is all it takes to put a full dispatch team behind your operation.
